Full-time position, available immediately

Your responsibilIties

  • Organisation and execution of all administration duties (processing mail, managing office supplies, managing orders, receiving visitors, organising conference rooms, taking telephone calls etc.)
  • Administrative and project-related tasks (documentation, maintenance and management of data, correspondence, information storage, contract management etc.)
  • Coordination of internal and external meetings, events and correspondence with service providers
  • Planning business journeys and travel expense accounting
  • Assisting various specialist departments / departments with partial projects / ad hoc telephone customer care
  • Independently organising and keeping track of appointments
  • Planning and executing various special projects
  • Responsibility for maintaining order in the office rooms
  • Able to provide a point of call and be "the heart and soul of the company"

Your Qualifications

  • Successful completion of commercial professional training (e.g. businessperson for office management) or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in office management and / or secretarial duties is desired
  • Very Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
  • Selfevident handling of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for liaising with various specialist department
  • Superb organisational and coordination ability
  • Goaloriented, structured and responsible way of working
  • Independent, output-driven, assertive working style
  • Carefulness, obligingness, empathy and discretion
