Your role:

  • Taking responsibility for the entire recruiting process of the HR department
  • Writing and publishing vacant positions on relevant portals
  • Proactively addressing applicants via digital recruiting channels as Active Search
  • Viewing, selecting and managing incoming applications in our applicant tracking systems
  • Preparation and coordination as well as participation in preliminary and secondary interviews with the department and supervisors
  • Initiating innovations and contribution to continuous optimization projects in recruiting and personnel marketing
  • Maintenance & administration of applicant data
  • Support of administrative tasks within the team
  • Support in the organisation and implementation of various HR-related projects

Your skills & experience:

  • Successfull university studies in a relevant field (business administration with focus on personell, business psychology, or similar) or comparable vocational training or career change
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting
  • Ideally knowledge in aptitude diagnostics
  • Experience in conducting interviews independently
  • Confident and experienced use of new media and social media channels
  • Strong communication skills and empathic personality
  • Confident and convincing appearance
  • Independent and result-oriented work style, with enthusiasm for e-commerce
  • Business fluent use of German and English is necessary
