GLOBAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGER –
PRODUCT QUALITY & FULFILLMENT FOCUS (M/F/D)

Full-time position, available immediately
(Location: 50% Cologne / 30% USA / 20% Poland)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Definition and implementation of global product quality, packaging and delivery standards to meet customer expectations
  • Monitoring of customer feedbacks, production and shipment processes to derive necessary actions in close cooperation with production sites and fulfilment partners to continuously increase customer satisfaction
  • Trigger and implement strategic operations projects to boost customer satisfaction in close cooperation with central “Voice of Customer” team
  • Management of global sample process for B2B customers
  • Setting up and harmonizing customer satisfaction KPI dashboards to report to top Management and derive site specific action (e.g. Customer Net Promoter Score regarding Product Quality, Shipment and Packaging or Customer Reclamation rate)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • A university degree in business administration or engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within quality, process or voice of customer environment
  • Exceptional ability to think process and numbers driven
  • Willing to travel regularly to global site (North America and Europe)
  • Hands-on mentality and an independent, results-orientated working style
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language skills
