Your responsibilIties

  • Coordination and support of the rollout of a holistic HR management software in our international locations based on the best practices developed at the German headquarters
  • Comparison of the developed standards with the local conditions and co-development of corresponding adaptations, e.g. within the scope of new features or workflow processes, as well as ongoing maintenance and administration
  • Contact person for our international locations in terms of operational and digital HR transformation
  • Ensuring an ongoing transfer of know-how to the respective sites for the efficient use of introduced tools and systems
  • Independent project documentation as well as close coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Active participation in the implementation of strategic compensation management

Your Qualifications

  • Successfull university studies in a relevant field (business administration with focus on personell, business psychology, or similar) or comparable vocational training
  • Ideally, experience in handling international HR projects for multiple locations
  • Experience in implementing various HR tools - especially human resource management software environments
  • Experience with digital change & transformation projects and a corresponding technical software affinity
  • Very good analytical thinking skills and pragmatic approach
  • Able to work under pressure, hands-on, focused and structured
  • High degree of ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and communication skills
  • Business fluent use of German and English is necessary
