project manager CRM - b2b2c (M/F/D)

Full-time position, available immediately

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Conception, design and optimisation of newsletters / customer journeys for consumers of our trading partners (B2B2C)
  • Analysis of customer data and definition of CRM-segmentation and campaigning strategies
  • CRM reporting and pointing out potentials with our trading partners
  • Coordinating CRM strategies and campaigns using the key account
  • Collaborating on CRM projects

YOUR QUALIFICATION

  • Completed degree in business administration / marketing or a comparable education
  • At least 1 – 2 years of work experience in CRM, newsletter marketing as well as data analysis / evaluation; experience in key accounts is desirable
  • Newsletter marketing tool skills (ideally Emarsys), Photoshop, HTML
  • Very good analytical thinking and pragmatic approach
  • Resilient, hands-on, focussed, well-structured and organized
  • High level of teamwork, responsibility and communication skills
  • Very good command of spoken and written German and English
