Full-time position, available immediately

Your responsibilties

  • Interdisciplinary project management; primarily with IT
  • Supervision of our (key) accounts including onboarding, expansion, management, monitoring and success optimisation
  • Continual coordination with the sales team, especially regarding upselling
  • Analysis of complex customer requirements, briefings and IT infrastructure, including their conversion into transparent and comprehensive briefings for IT, UX, graphics and external service providers
  • Simultaneous handling and continual further development of projects and products regarding strategy, life cycle, road maps and KPI structures
  • Management of internal and external kick-offs
  • Development of presentation materials and concepts in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
  • Further development of analysis and reporting structures
  • Regular monitoring of the market

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in interdisciplinary project management
  • Ideally previous experience in the area of e-commerce and knowledge of online marketing
  • Independent, solution-oriented, structured and responsible working style
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Reliable and convincing supervision and management of external partners and service providers
  • Strong analytical abilities and good basic technical knowledge of web technologies are desirable
  • Outstanding engagement and high resilience
  • Connected, cross-media and conceptual thinking processes
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English language skills
