Your role:

  • Taking on responsibility in our People & Service Management Team - in the broad spectrum of requirements of contemporary HR work
  • Processing and administration of HR-related topics and processes in the team (starting with data maintenance as well as increasing responsibility up to contract management by drawing up employment contracts as well as conducting offer and contract negotiations, drawing up references and other documents, general correspondence with employees, insurance companies, authorities, etc.)
  • Administration & maintenance of a digital personnel management software (digitalisation and filing of personnel documents, data maintenance of new contract data and master data, support in idea-finding and new conception as well as execution of standardised workflow processes within the given software features, etc.) as well as support of the team in administrative tasks
  • Operation and maintenance of the digital time recording system, e.g. with regard to inconsistent bookings or AU certificates
  • Collaboration in the software-based pre- and post-processing payroll accounting for our external payroll service provider
  • Collaboration in the area of recruiting for individual vacancies (preliminary assessments, applicant communication, arranging appointments, accompanying candidate interviews)
  • Support to personal responsibility for various HR-related projects

Your skills & experience:

  • Successfull university studies in a relevant field (business administration with focus on personell, business psychology, or similar) or comparable vocational training
  • At least 2-3 years of practical experience in the field of human resources management and ideally knowledge in the field of labour law and, if applicable, personnel accounting -Experience in the use of digital personnel management software (e.g. rexx systems) is an advantage
  • Carefulness, commitment, strong communication skills and empathy
  • Very good affinity for numbers, strong analytical thinking skills and a systematic way of working
  • High degree of ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and communication skills
  • Business fluent use of German and English is necessary
