TRAINEE UX / USer Experience (m/f/d)
Duration: 12 months, full-time position, available immediately
Your responsibilIties
- Support in the conception and design of (shop) interfaces within the corporate design with a focus on conversion increase

Preparation and analysis of A/B-tests
- Implementation and evaluation of usability tests
- Market and trend monitoring with a focus on usability and user experience

Preparation of decision-making bases for improving mobile use across all end devices
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies, ideally with a focus on business / marketing or comparable training

Initial experience in the areas of user experience, UX design or usability desirable

Experience in the area of HTML/CSS is advantageous

Ideally first experience with common wireframing tools and software solutions such as Adobe XD or Sketch for UX/UI design

Strong creativity, structured thinking and ability to think abstractly

Independent and proactive way of working
- Very good German and English skills
