TRAINEE / ONLINE MARKETING ASSISTANCE –
FOCUS ON REPUTATION MANAGEMENT (M/f/D)

Full-time position, available immediately

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are supporting management's reputation and are entering into digital dialogue with our customers
  • Daily monitoring and responses to reviews
  • Operative care of international review platforms
  • Close collaboration with our customer service and online marketing teams
  • Compiling (management) reports
  • Compiling marketing / trend / target group- and competition analyses

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in using social media, community management, customer service or online marketing
  • Experience with review platforms (e.g. Trusted Shops or Trustpilot)
  • Excellent editorial skills and experience with writing texts orientated to target groups
  • Professional communication ability to build up and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
  • Analytical, independent method of working, paired with an ability to take pragmatic approaches with minimum complexity
  • Accuracy, commitment, strong communication skills and empathy
  • Confident and convincing presence
  • Exceptionally strong in organisation and communication
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English language skills, further foreign language skills advantageous
