Country manager USa (M/f/D)

Full-time position, available immediately


  • Responsible for USA / CAN business within the Picanova Group, including cost, income and quality goals
  • Preparation and implementation of brand, marketing and product strategies, working closely with our (Online) marketing, product development and operations teams. Strong focus on coordinating e-commerce and online marketing measures
  • Maximize brand and marketing growth opportunities across all market segments
  • Support in strategic partnerships to grow the business
  • Ensure flawless execution and maximum effectiveness of market activities
  • Ensure effective pricing strategies are set and aligned across value chain


  • Relevant professional experience as country manager in the e-commerce branch
  • Solid experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, particularly in the SEA, SEO, Social Paid Advertising and CRM fields, is a plus
  • Successfully completed studies in a relevant subject (business studies, marketing, etc), similar qualification or lateral entry
  • Strong knowledge of North American Consumer Market
  • Willing to travel regularly to North America
  • Exceptional ability to think conceptually and high levels of responsibility, readiness, initiative and independence
  • Hands-on mentality and an independent, results-orientated working style
  • Exceptionally strong in organisation and communication
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English language skills
