Your role:

  • Strategic development and implementation of B2C/B2B CRM omni-channel campaigns
  • Continuous development and implementation of the data-based CRM strategy (individualised customer communication)
  • Management of projects along the entire customer lifecycle to increase retention and customer value; consistent optimisation of the customer journey along the various touchpoints including the loyalty programme
  • Definition, management of CRM marketing plans and offers in international cooperation with shop managers and specialist departments
  • Interface management with related areas such as online marketing, sales, BI and production
  • Planning, controlling and reporting of CRM targets and KPIs
  • Leadership, enthusiasm and coaching of the team

Your skills & experience:

  • Successfully completed business studies (university/technical college) or comparable training
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience and profound CRM knowledge with focus on campaign management / newsletter marketing / omni-channel marketing
  • Experience in data analysis, segmentation and definition of KPIs
  • Experience with loyalty programmes and product marketing is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills as well as fluent English, both written and spoken
