(SENIOR*) PROJECT MANAGER UX / USER EXPERIENCE (M/F/D)

We are looking for a bright new colleague to join our international Marketing team as Senior Project Manager User Experience. Would you like to provide a perfect experience for our global customers?
Your role:
- Support in the conception and design of (shop) interfaces within the corporate design with a focus on conversion increase
- Preparation and analysis of A/B-tests
- Implementation and evaluation of usability tests
- Market and trend monitoring with a focus on usability and user experience
- Preparation of decision-making bases for improving mobile use across all end devices
Your skills & experience:
- Completed studies, ideally with a focus on business / marketing or comparable training
- Experience in the areas of user experience, UX design or usability desirable
- Experience in the area of HTML/CSS is advantageous
- Experienced handling with common wireframing tools and software solutions such as Adobe XD or Sketch for UX/UI design
- Strong creativity, structured thinking and ability to think abstractly
- Independent and proactive way of working
- Very good German and English skills
