Technical Manager Digital Printing (M/F/D)

Your role:

  • Further development of a global state of the art digital printing technology environment
  • Leading and developing of all printing departments in production facilities within a Matrix Organisa-tion
  • Decision making on strategic printing technologies in close collaboration with Operations Manage-ment Team
  • Further development and Automation of printing processes like, e.g. Color Management, Data work-flow etc.
  • Testing and evaluation of printing technology for further processing
  • Organization and development of evaluation methods and sample management of printing material

Your skills & experience:

  • >9 years of management experience in Digital Printing
  • In depth knowledge about all relevant digital printing technologies
  • Proven track record in setting complex up printing processes and managing of complex digital printing teams
  • In depth knowledge within areas like prepress software, printing automation and data workflow
  • Strategic thinking with pragmatic approach
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English language skills
