PAYROLL, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS (M/F/d)

Full-time position, available immediately

Your responsibilIties

  • Advise on and be responsible for the Payroll area of our People & Service Management team
  • Preparation of monthly preparatory payroll for handover to our external payroll service provider for payroll processing
  • Administration of all accompanying topics such as vouchers, certificates, etc.
  • Support in the digitalization of payroll accounting via our personnel management software (co-development of an overall concept for entry and maintenance of payroll-relevant information within the software and a subsequent digital payroll run process)
  • Operation and expansion of corresponding functions in our personnel management software
  • Preparation, monitoring and implementation of compensation benchmarks and derivation of appro-priate measures
  • Active participation in the implementation of strategic compensation management
  • Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as HR management and external service providers
  • Collaboration on projects in the area of Compensation & Benefits
  • Prospective support in the drafting of employment contracts and salary discussions as well as han-dling of the target agreement-based bonus models in the company

Your Qualifications

  • Successfull university studies in a relevant field (business administration with focus on personell, business psychology, or similar) or comparable vocational training
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll, preferably within an international group structure. In particular, e-commerce industry experience is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge in the areas of payroll tax and social insurance
  • Very good affinity for numbers, strong analytical thinking skills and a systematic way of working
  • High degree of ability to work in a team, sense of responsibility and communication skills
  • Business fluent use of German and English is necessary
